We are seeking a talented Freelance YouTube Scriptwriter who can create engaging and high-quality scripts for YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.

• Main Responsibilities:

• Create compelling scripts that captivate audiences and promote viewer engagement.

• Develop strong hooks, smooth transitions, and retention-boosting elements tailored to each video format.

• Research topics thoroughly and translate complex ideas into relatable content.

• Collaborate with content strategists, video editors, and on-camera talent to align visuals and tone.

• Integrate CTAs, storytelling frameworks, and SEO-relevant themes in your scripts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scripting for YouTube (portfolio or channel links required).

• Versatility in writing both short-form (snappy, scroll-stopping Shorts) and long-form (structured storytelling or educational) content.

• Excellent storytelling, writing, and research skills.

• Understanding of YouTube's retention strategies, algorithm, and viewer preferences.
