Job Description
As Creative (UI/UX writer) for India's largest career platform for women, you must:
• Have hands on experience in crafting copy that appear on the JobsForHer Website, Mobile Apps, Conversion-related content including mailer communications and ads.
• Have the ability to guide the user through creative, crisp and simple writing and ultimately lead to a conversion depending on the deliverables.
• Have knowledge on tone and language to be used; must be consistent and easy to understand by the user and must bring out the brand philosophy.
• This includes the text on buttons, menus, error messages, and similar microcopy that will appear throughout the website.
• Help create a brand voice through their writing to help enrich user experience through the content and increase the chances of conversion in terms of registrations / applications and other relevant copies.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Product and Marketing teams for content creation requirements
• Be available, reliable with strict adherence to timelines
• Be proactive in providing input to improve user experience
Key Deliverables
• Research market on the best and most happening practices in copywriting
• Map user personas and do VoC (Voice of Customer) research
• Write copy that converts
