Description
As the sole Creative Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand's authoritative, passionate, and accessible voice. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create compelling copy for a variety of platforms, inclusive of but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, and product documentation.
This is a casual position where we anticipate a requirement of up to 30 hours per month. (varying each month)
Your duties as Creative Writer will be to:
Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a variety of channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and product materials
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Adapt writing style and tone to fit different audiences and mediums while maintaining a consistent brand voice
Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free of errors and adheres to company standards
Assist in developing creative concepts and ideas for campaigns and content strategies
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in copywriting, particularly within the software and healthcare sectors
What we need from you:
A degree in Editing and Publishing, Journalism, Communications, or similar discipline with a strong editing and written component; or equivalent experience
Demonstrably strong copyediting, proofreading, and copywriting skills
Experience managing multiple projects with varying priorities through the editorial development process in an agile, multifunctional, digital communications environment
Experience writing for both B2B and B2C audiences
Previous experience in the healthcare and/or tech industry is highly desirable
