We're looking for someone like that to:
work within the Credit Algo Trading team, responsible for the day-to-day risk management of the Credit Algo books
work with quants to build, analyse, maintain, and manage the reports necessary for monitoring and improving algo performance
develop a strong understanding about market microstructure and credit trading
develop and follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits, and guidelines
work with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and technology, to develop future product requirements and detailed design specifications
Your team
You’ll be working in the Credit Algo Trading Team in London, as part of UBS’s Principal Flow Trading business, delivering a best-in-class algo platform to a broad range of institutional clients.
Your expertise
Preferably 2 + years’ experience with exposure to a Front Office environment
very strong quantitative skill covering maths, coding and data science
An organised, thorough, and methodical approach to problem solving
Highly motivated, organised, and inquisitive
A cool head and calm presence in high pressure situations
Passionate about servicing clients, with strong interpersonal skills
