About the Role:
We are seeking a Permanent, Full-Time Credit Analyst / Parabroker to join the team.
This is a Fully remote position, we know the commute to work is a killer & we want to provide you with flexibility back into your schedule.
You will play a crucial role supporting our brokers, working closely with clients/lenders & helping build the business.
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone with ambition & a passion for property.
Minimum 2 years' credit/residential lending/mortgage broking experience.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
Confident working independently in a remote setting while also being a team player (you go FAST alone but you go FAR together).
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to gather documentation for loan applications
Research lender policies and workshop complex residential lending scenarios
Assist brokers in preparing and submitting loan applications
Manage loan files from submission through to settlement
Maintain accurate records and file notes in our CRM and internal systems
