Investment Services and Insurancea??Delivery of Operating Profit Budgets for the Branch through revenue and cost managementa??Distribute & track Branch Budgets & Targets on monthly/quarterly/annual bases and also by product types.a??Customer acquisition, retention, deepening, cross-selling a??Complaint Managementa??Monitor business analytics & publish MIS thereof.
a??Staff motivation; low attrition; career counselingDesired skills and competencies a??Should have done branch managerial or a senior branch banking role beforea??Should have Team Handling and / or Leadership Rolea??Should have handled revenue and profit responsibilitya??operations as well as exposure to banking productsa??High sales orientation/ relationship skillsa??Experience in Wealth products Sales highly desirable
