Location: Mumbai
Position: Credit Analyst/ Associate
Nature of Engagement: Contractual
Qualification: Preferably MBA (Finance) /Chartered Accountant
Experience: up to 3 years relevant experience in a Financial Institution/Financial Advisors.
Domain Knowledge: Exposure in Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory and Finance, Corporate Finance Advisory, involving Project appraisal, feasibility analysis sector/market analysis, capital & operating cost analysis, structuring of capital, Arrangement & Syndication of funds, Valuation and acquisition advisory.
The job will involve:
Advising the Clients on their financing needs & attending meetings where required at the request of the Company
First cut evaluation of various M&A opportunities by understanding operation, financial conditions & deal prospects & identifying potential investors.
Draft letter of interest/MOU/ Term sheets
Preparation of Detailed Information Memorandum/ Presentation and developing Strategy & working towards early closure of the deal/s.
Assist in due diligence process management, coordinate with financial advisors conducting due
diligence and legal advisor for agreement drafting
Advising the Company on Sector specific issues/ emerging trends, risks, mitigations & assist in regulatory compliance.
Essential: Financial Statements analysis, Financial modeling, Presentation & Communication skills.
