Credit Analyst / Associate-Investment Banking
Goldrush Capital Services Private Limited is a Delhi based financial consultancy firm, providing a range of services to corporates across a wide range of industry/sectors.
We work closely with companies across all stages of its growth cycle by advising a mix of need-based options such as Corporate Finance Advisory, Government Advisory, Private equity Advisory, M&A, fund raising, restructuring etc.
We are looking for an experienced professional at the Junior/ Middle level.
Qualifications: C.A, MBA (Finance), CFA
Experience: 3-5 years as Credit analyst or Analyst- Investment Banking.
Role will include but not limited to the following:
· Interact with clients for obtaining required financial data/information for preparation and submission of the proposal to private equity fund/Banks/Financial Institutions;
· Structuring the proposal and preparing of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, and appraisal notes etc. for submission to Banks or Private Equity Investors.
· Assessing, Analysing, and interpreting complex financial information.
· Interact and follow up with Banks/Financial Institutions/PE Funds for approvals & negotiations the term sheets.
· To coordinate with client/investor for conducting due diligence process.
· To obtain sanction and handle post-sanction formalities with banks/fund and the clients for documentation and obtain disbursements.
· Analyzing Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) of Projects which includes Financial analysis, Business Analysis, Technical analysis and preparing a detailed report on the same.
Key Skills:
- Hands on experience in Preparation of Detailed Project Report/ Techno-Economic Viability Study Report.
- Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen.
- Proficient in excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust critical analysis skills.
- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excel, MS-Office Word, Power-point.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
