Job Purpose
Policy Analytics, monitoring retail asset portfolio, developing Scorecard & Bureau strategy, Tableau Development, Model testing / Analytical Dashboards , Collection monitoring
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas
Actionable (4-6)
• Policy Analytics of Retail Asset & Credit Cards portfolio
• Analyse data and identify key trends and insights for retail assets & credit cards and provide strategic inputs to the senior management of the bank
• Carry out data-driven analysis across different verticals of Risk, Collection, etc for retail asset & credit cards products and study impact of risk segments on PnL of the bank
• To monitor and influence Bank level and product level strategies for new product/policy development, changes to the policy construct to cater to new customer segments , changing demographics.
• Regular updates to senior management of the bank for key industry and bureau insights
• Interact with all the policy managers to carry out portfolio analysis across all retail asset products using R, SAS, Python
• Monitor early trigger – Non-starters, EMR, High ticket delinquent cases, life tables.
• Developing scorecard and bureau strategy
• Interacting with credit bureaus and developing bureau strategy across retail asset products
• Interact with scorecard building team and validation team to understand and formulate policy using scorecards.
• Tableau Development
• Creating and publishing of interactive reports and dashboards report scheduling using Tableau server to review through the door trend for Probability of Default and loss rate.
Educational Qualifications

Experience Required (examples listed below)
• Minimum experience in years – 1-5 yrs
• Exposure to banking preferable
