Job Requirements
This role is responsible for researching and deciding debit card claims in compliance with Regulation E, Issuer guidelines (VISA/MasterCard) and bank's policies & procedures. Key responsibilities include responding to customer requests, investigating claims, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high-quality transaction processing. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are essential for success in this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
