Job Requirements
This role is responsible for researching and deciding debit card claims in compliance with Regulation E, Issuer guidelines (VISA/MasterCard) and bank's policies & procedures. Key responsibilities include responding to customer requests, investigating claims, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high-quality transaction processing. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are essential for success in this role.
