Job Description
Telecalling: Initiate outbound calls to leads generated through our social media marketing campaigns.
Text Messaging: Send follow-up text messages and emails to leads to nurture and convert them into customers.
Lead Database Management: Maintain a systematic and up-to-date database of all leads, including their contact information, interactions, and status.
Sales Funnel Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of leads through the sales funnel, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with two Business Development Executives to support their sales efforts and assist in achieving sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge about our products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on call and text outreach activities, lead conversion rates, and sales progress
