We are looking for candidates who can execute process across the banking products,mantain SLAs and handle escalations to join our banking operation team.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
• You will get the opportunity to Ideate, Build Business Cases, Conceptualize new Products in Owning credit card reconciliation along with Dispute/Chargeback process.
• Execution of process as per documentation and SLAs
• Handling escalations from customer service for investigating for various queries.
• Managing MIS and other analytics reports on frequent intervals
• Responsible for value addition and improvement in the existing processes
• Coordination with Banks, vendors, internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day operations.
Requirement:
• 4+ years of experience working in the Credit card operations.
• Working knowledge of handling customer issues/ disputes across.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS-office ecosystem, excellent MS Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with FreshDesk is a bonus
• Most importantly, an innate hunger for learning and executing with an ownership mentality.
