Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving organizational goals.
Job requires to handle team of Sales officers/Sales Managers and should have great expertise in Open market sourcing as well as channel sourcing and drive sales productivity for credit card sourcing.
Has in-depth understanding of the credit card business and keeps abreast of new credit card product /strategy launches in market.
Responsible for ensuring key business metrics productivity. Should have a vision & roadmap for building organizational revenues.
Ensure Policy/process and compliance adherence.
Lead and provide guidance to sales team in chasing, converting, generating business in assigned geographies.
Ensure highest levels of team camaraderie and motivate, train & mentor sales team for delivery of expected performance.
Periodically conduct reviews with own team to monitor progress on set objectives, targets and provide recommendation on course corrections.
Building a strong distribution network for credit card through forging new partnership alliances to acquire customers. Lead business review discussion with partners on weekly/monthly basis to achieve organizational targets.
Formulate business plan and performance management structure for channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plan.
Collaborate and engage with bank's portfolio/product team in articulating strategy for driving significant increase in market share across all KPI's.
