Job Purpose
• Primarily responsible for driving the sales of Card Upsell, Insurance, CPP, Loan on Card etc through Tele channel
• Leading a team of third-party executives - Tele-Sales channel management, driving sales through Third party team
Key Accountabilities
• Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred
• # Lead a sales team of vendor executives who will be engaged in selling post-acquisition products
Tele-Sales Channel Management
• Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team
• Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets
• Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy
• Managing Productivity & Query handling
• Data management and MIS handling
Required Experience
• 6 Years of experience in post-acquisition (Card Upsell, Insurance, CPP, Loan on Card etc) product sales with experience of handling third party vendors
