Office Location: BUND GARDEN Pune (Branch)
Position description:
Credit Cards-Credit Cards Sales - Sales officer- SPC Others
Primary Responsibilities:
• Sales and Activation of Credit Card with focus for SPC Variant in close cordination with Virtual Channels,
• Cross Sell of Various card associated Products like SP ,Term Product , Payzaap, add on, LE/Upg etc,
• Sale of CASA, Sale of Insurance Products
• FTNR Management
• Customer query handling and resolution to customer satifaction
• Vymo Calling and conversion from database mapped.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintain Due deligence as per bank norms and policies, Follow necessary sourcing guidelines as per compliance directives,
• Maintain healthy relationship with channel partners, One bank approach to cross sell all banking products
Educational qualifications preferred
• Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
• Academic score: Pass
• Institution tier: Any

• Travel: Local travel for customer meetings
