Job Description
We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Liaison and Loan Packager. In this role, you'll be the rock behind the scenes, orchestrating flawless loan applications and ensuring they're submitted to lenders with finesse. This will involve dealing with clients to gather the necessary supporting documents for loan applications and to meet compliance obligations, entering loan details into our various systems and arranging for the clients to sign application paperwork.
We are looking for someone with home loan experience. The candidate needs to know the home loan process, from application to settlement, and “what happens next” at any given point.
They MUST have experience with Applyonline (AOL), the industry standard for home loan application systems.
Bonus points if you have worked with the Mortgage Choice software (Broker Platform etc) before too!

What we're looking for:
Experience: You've been around the block (or two) in the world of credit and loans. You know the ins and outs like the back of your hand. A good knowledge of ApplyOnline is essential. Bonus points if you have worked with the Mortgage Choice software (Broker Platform) before too! You need to know how to put a home loan application together.
Attention to Detail: You're the type of person who notices the typo in a billboard from a mile away. Nothing gets past you when it comes to ensuring accuracy. Ensuring we are compliant is a big part of this role.
Communication Skills: You're a people person who can explain complex concepts in a way that anyone can understand. Building rapport with clients comes naturally to you.
