Checking property papers i.e GPA notary papers/Sale Deed
Customer personal discussion & understanding loan repayment capacity and intention, current obligations etc
Physical verification at customer site & verifying KYC etc
Reviewing loan kit/paperwork & disbursement of loan.
Flexible and hardworking.
Coordinating with Legal Dept for property paper vetting.
Candidate who have worked in an Bank or a NBFC in operation department. Should have own conveyance
