This is regarding opening with NBFC
Position- Senior Level - Credit - Construction Finance.
Location - Pune, Mumbai The Credit will support the credit risk function and Business team to underwrite CF business and manage the portfolio for the assigned area by conducting detailed credit assessments, validating financial and non-financial information, and assisting in credit decision-making. The role requires solid analytical skills, understanding of real estate and construction finance, credit risk frameworks and hands-on experience in financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Appraisal of real estate projects involving financial, technical, economic, credit risk analysis.
- Evaluating the project, the borrower profile, performing financial modelling, assessment of risks associated with the proposal and mitigants thereof.
- Structuring the transaction, finalization of term sheets, preparing a comprehensive presentation and business plan finalization, presenting the proposal to the committee and obtaining the sanction for the same.
- Coordinating and liaising with all the internal and external stake holders for closure of the various due-diligences.
- Handling preparation, finalization and execution of documents, security creation and loan disbursement.
- Processing disbursements upon satisfactory compliance check / review of the performance of the account.
- Handling post disbursement compliances, tracking progress of the project, etc.
