Job Description
Looking for 3-4 people in the Credit role, having experience in Credit, specific to Supply Chain finance.
The role will focus more on the below mentioned criteria's:-
Credit Appraisal of mid-corporate and corporate clients including preparation of credit appraisal memos and putting it to the credit committee for approval / sanctioning of the loan. Preparation of proposals, financial models and undertake financial analysis of companies by conducting financial modelling, ratio analysis, assessing the credit worthiness of the corporate, limit assessments, etc.
Generate internal rating for the client in view of their financial position, management, business and industry analysis, etc. • Handling Annual reviews / renewals etc. of the clients • Facilitate faster deal closures assisting in deal structuring to business team, striking a balance between business growth and portfolio quality. • Meeting existing and new clients along with business team (as and when required).
Monitoring portfolio on regular basis, identifying early warning signals and taking corrective action. Regular interaction with internal stakeholders including business, compliance, legal, operations, finance & accounts, tech, etc. • Understanding the co-lending and bilateral transaction models
