Comprehensive knowledge of financial and detailed understanding of different ratios, spread
sheet preparation and understand the functions of different business and trades.
Better inter-personal skill, Pro-active, positive attitude, knows how to build portfolio, initiator,
and inclination towards customer service. Multi-tasking personality.
Should be matured enough to handle pressure from business understanding their pressure
also, at the same time ensuring that only quality business is being done.
Should set deadlines for each activity and stick to the same.
Good negotiation and communication skills along with robust thinking on different adaptable
solutions.
Job Description:
Evaluation of Business Banking Asset proposals for both secured and unsecured products.
Meeting the highest standard of productivity. To ensure high portfolio quality for the product
in the location/state/region, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customers
(both internal and external customers).
Interpreting financial statements and data for analyzing past financial & business
performance. Assessment of viability of potential borrowers. Investigating and understanding
key business issues behind the numbers and providing clear, concise and timely analysis
with recommendations and approvals.
Identifying the risk associated with the exposure taken on customer through the help of RAM
rating.
Comparison of the client performance vis-a-vis economy and Industry trends. Identifying key
risks for each lending transaction and recommending various covenants as mitigants to bring
borrowers risk profile to acceptable levels.
Involved in legal and technical analysis of securities offered. Understanding trend in real
estate market.
Meeting clients and continuous interaction to understand business models, assessing the
credit worthiness of clients, ensuring integrity and precision of data submitted.
Attending all transactions/ mails within prescribed time limit.
Tracking deferrals (post disbursal documents) on a continuous basis and taking up matter
with business for closure of the same.
Adherence to the policies/processes laid out by the central team of our Bank on all
applications being processed
Very close monitoring of cheque bounce trends and knowing channels and their sourcing
pattern. Also, analysing the data of business booked and if any account is appearing in early
mortality ratio and the action proposed jointly with the business and collection team to
determine actionables in order to maintain the high standard of portfolio quality.
Regular collection visits done on high POS problematic accounts for recovering the amount
due. The close monitoring of all high ticket cases booked and described as Large Ticket (LT)
mortgage book and provide all possible solutions to customers. (both internal and external)
Identifying potentially weak account. Call Memo assessment of the existing clients including
financial analysis, client meeting along with respective business team, performance of the
account and asses the financial health of the customer
