Greetings We have opening for Credit Manager LAP Job Role Engagement with the leadership team in refining overall underwriting framework Manage a team of credit and risk professionals Responsible for Assessment of Loan Proposals in Line with the Credit Policy of the Company Ensuring underwriting quality and specified turnaround time Engaging with internal and external vendors and relevant authorities for loan approvals Support business and operations team in closing any other activities related to closure of loan proposals Ensuring all compliance documentation and other reporting requirements Monitor portfolio quality and underlying industry trends and control delinquency levels NACL is looking for a credit manager for its finance business The person will be responsible for analysing the customer credit profile including financials and cash flow analysis for both salaried selfemployed segments conducting personal discussions and underwrite sanction the case Eligibility Criteria 3 4 years of relevant experience in Credit underwriting Retail Asset Banking products services and operations preferably in private sector HL LAP SME Deep experience understanding of retail financial services across NBFCs banking Prefer an MBA in Finance Postgraduate Graduate Strong understanding of retail credit operations of NBFCs focusing on small ticket loans of INR 10k to 15 Lakh segment Proven experience in assessing Self Employed and Salaried individuals for unsecured loans Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills both written and verbal Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines CTC 3L to 6L Location Vilupuram Dudigul Madurai Bharuch jamnagar Kharadi Warangal Jodhpur Interested candidates share Resume hidden email
