A. Position Purpose
Credit appraisal and underwriting of LAP proposals
B. Position Responsibilities
Sr.
Key Responsibilities
1
Credit Appraisal, Analyzing financial capability and repaying capacity of borrower on financial ground and analyzing Legal & Technical issues based on reports.
2
Verifying all KYCs and financial of borrower and analyzing all property documents
3
Responsible for credit appraisal and recommending loan amount to be Sanction
4
Coordination with external agencies (Legal & technical Agency)
5
Preparing Disbursement agreements and monitoring disbursement process
