Job Purpose: The role holder is responsible for Credit Appraisal of MSME Loans as per pre-defined TAT with due adherence of Process, Policies and delegation of authority Job Responsibilities: (1) He will be responsible for loan Portfolio for his territory and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans (2) He would also be responsible for highlighting and initiating corrective steps for any process, system gaps noticed during the overall appraisal process (3) Underwriting and deliveries as per agreed TAT (4) Adequate Policy, Process training to the Credit Processing Associates and Credit Managers (5) Maintenance of Healthy Portfolio (6) Customer visits wherever required, to ensure appropriate decisioning of the deal
