Job Description
The Manager Credit is an managerial role, with the holder being responsible for managing the entire credit portfolio of the bank. It typically involves activities relating to credit reviews, SMA monitoring, credit portfolio quality review etc. to ensure maintain best of credit portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Analyse & evaluate clients creditworthiness
• Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses
• Development/improvisation of credit rating framework
• Preparation and ratio analysis of CMA
• Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations
• Guidance to the repotees on credit underwriting
• Initiate ideas for development of automated solution for underwriting & work closely with service providers in developing the solution.
• Prepare and present Portfolio level presentations for Senior Management
• Review and update our company’s credit policies
• Adherence to TAT
