Job Description
. To check the Kyc of the customer in line with Risk policy to avoid Fraudulent Activities.
2. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness and ensure completion of Credit/Kyc Documents and Verification -telephonic field reports.
3. Assess income to obligations ratios, in-depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance during the Loan tenure.
4. Enable quick turnaround time of credit lending proposal for the business.
5. Align towards the growth of the company
6. Take ownership of client queries and use industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems.
7. Monitor Loan payments.
8. Defining early warning signals to track portfolio performance.
