• Review of appraisals and related processes To convey a clear opinion regarding the acceptability of the proposed transaction/ facilities, from credit & risk point of view, covering business model, industry risk, structure, financial risk and need based assessment during escalations or exercising of approval authority or while guiding the team.
• Identify, establish and review processes with a view to reducing inefficiencies and ensuring TAT without compromising on Quality Partner with business, CAD, Operations and compliance teams to help in meeting regulatory compliance with respect to credit dispensation including end use monitoring.
• Portfolio Monitoring & assessment Ongoing monitoring of portfolio including tracking developments in the industry and the account to identify stresses early and work with business and risk teams in devising appropriate mitigation strategies wherever required.
• Advanced detection before SMA / Rating downgrade / default by the team.
• Closely monitor accounts which are in stress, in order to devise and implement account strategy Appropriate level of calling/meeting (covering clients, industry representatives etc.
• ) to develop strong understanding of client business and industry dynamics To work with business in conducting meetings on a defined periodicity (monthly or otherwise) for reviewing Early Warning Signals and Close Monitoring.

• To address issues/ responding to RBI / auditors on credit matters.

• TAT Maintaining the defined credit and End to End TATs so as to better service both internal as well as external customers.
• Load balancing the team to meet above points.
