Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose To ensure adherence of laid down policy, processes & Procedures at locations managed by them with the objective of functioning within the defined framework. To analyze every proposal in detail and ensure all credit checks are carried out to the satisfaction. To ensure adherence of Credit TAT without compromising quality of the portfolio and to deliver faster decision to the customer Effective monitoring of vendors like CPA and Stock Auditor to ensure adherence of TAT and quality Ensuring coordination between other stakeholders for smooth functioning of all departments in the interest of the Bank Monitoring of the portfolio to ensure lower delinquency, housekeeping, etc Ensure customer visits to monitor portfolio and understanding of local market Analyze is each transaction and ensure decisioning the same within acceptable risk parameters Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas Portfolio Management – Working Capital Products Early Delinquency and Mortality to be under control NPA % should be minimal Housekeeping under control CAM renewals under control TAT Management Ensure Credit TAT within benchmark CPA TAT should be under control Monitoring of vendor performance Vendor appointment as per business requirement Ensuring quality of reports Ensuring vendor TAT .
