Job Title –Credit Manager – PL Place of work - India Business Unit – Retail Banking Function – Credit Role: Credit Manager (Asst. Manager/Dty. Manager) Location: Hyderabad Job Details: • Credit evaluation of unsecured applications within defined timelines. Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenue and losses • Ensure credit policies and procedures for credit decision • Personal discussion with applicant wherever required • Coordination with Policy Sales, Operations and RCU to iron out bottlenecks. Collaborate with business and functional teams for best TAT and service delivery. Making sure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic • Working on Credit Policy, Process document and competition benchmarking - market place best practices in underwriting Requirement: For Experienced: • Max Age : 30 Yrs • Experience: 2-3 Yrs of relevant experience • Qualification: MBA/CA • Good written and communication skill. Understanding of loans and lending procedures and ability to work under pressure • Experience on data analysis, Risk analytics, Project Management will be an added advantage • Immediate joiners are preferred For Fresher: • Max Age: 25 years • MBA freshers from Tier 3 colleges are also welcome / CA freshers are welcome • Good written & verbal communication skill and ability to work under pressure • Immediate joiners are preferred
