Job Description
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for Credit Appraisal of Agricultural Loans as per pre-defined TAT with due adherence of Process, Policies and delegation of authority, He will be responsible for loan Portfolio for his Branch and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans
Job Responsibilities:
(1) Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority (2) Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management (3) Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback (4) Implement system integration plans (5) Monitor NPA and keep a track of it (6) Customer visits for PD (7) Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it (8) Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
