Job Description
Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for Credit Appraisal of Agricultural Loans as per pre-defined TAT with due adherence of Process, Policies and delegation of authority, He will be responsible for loan Portfolio for his Branch and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans.
Job Responsibilities: (1) Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority (2) Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management (3 Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback (4) Implement system integration plans (5) Monitor NPA and keep a track of it (6) Customer visits for PD (7) Identification of process and policy gaps potential risk arising out of it (8) Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
