Your Opportunity
Part of an experienced credit team and reporting to the Senior Manager – Credit Risk, this role is responsible for evaluation of loans and related approval activities. Key aspects of the role include:
Assessing a high volume of credit applications for secured and unsecured lending
Analysing applicants’ financial statements
Ensuring compliance with credit policies and relevant regulatory obligations
Working collaboratively in a team environment with other internal stakeholders
Understanding and interpreting retail lending practices, mortgage insurance and valuation principles
Your Profile
You are detail oriented and service focussed, capable of operating in a high-volume environment. You have exceptional communication and time management skills, with the motivation to work effectively in a team and independently when required. Your exposure to end-to-end lending in a service and sales environment will be highly valued, including in a loans processing capacity.
