Job Responsibilities
1) Receive the application, check the income documents, bank statements & cibil records and do the initial assessment of the case
2) Visit customers place of business / employment and conduct personal discussion and assess the Employment/ business model and overall credit worthiness of the customer.
3) Evaluate the Field Credit Investigation (FCI), Technical Appraisal Report (TAR), Legal Appraisal Report (LAR), prepare the Credit appraisal report and recommend files for approval.
4) Co-ordinate with the customers/channels for the pending documents collection as well as query resolution
5) Efficiently manage the Under-process files and ensure adherence to TAT
6) Follow up on self souced cases where there are slippages in terms of Cheque bounces or 30-60 DPD
