Full–time
Assess clients' financial status.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and risks.
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation.
• Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.
• Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)
• Set up payment plans
• Coordinating with the Principal Bank for loan approval and communicating to client
• Getting the required documents from customers KYC/Legal/Technical)
• Communication with the client / associate for disbursement
• Should have worked with bank/HFC at least for 35 years and should have a complete understanding of the housing finance business including credit/legal/technical
• Understanding of the local markets/acceptability of the property to be taken as security
• Conversant with LOS/LMS Requirements and skills
• Minimum work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role of at least 45 years.
• Handson experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer service experience
• BSc in commerce, Banking and Finance, Economics or related field
• Understanding the concepts like affordable lending, HL, LAP, credit underwriting ,housing loan ,home finance etc
Offered CTC :
2.50 LPA -4 LPA as per experience
Preferences:
Current officials working in Credit processing associates of some channel partner or bank, work experience of some housing finance NBFC's or bank etc.
Operations professionals will not be applicable.
Salary:
₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
