Job Description
Call customers who shows interest in credit to inform them about the credit journey
• Call customers who stuck at any step in the credit journey so that they can process further
• Uploading of certain documents on behalf of customers
• Calling to customers to inform them the process of using the limit
• Clears the pendency of documents raised by the lender before the disbursement step
• Resolve customers queries related to credit
• Help in PAN India sales team any type of credit queries
• Coordinate with lender and customer till disbursement of limit
• Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit segment
• Proficiency in Telugu and Tamil is must
• Knowledge of loan process and disbursal process
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic, self motivated, adaptable and flexible
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of excel
