Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities
1. Verify KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements, and statutory forms (GST/VAT) for accuracy and compliance
2. Analyze financial data, calculate EMI, and assist in evaluating the borrower's creditworthiness.
3. Enter loan file data into the company's Centralized MIS/Sales system and prepare summaries for credit approval
4. Liaise with sales teams, Relationship Managers (RMs), and clients to obtain missing documents or clarify queries.
5. Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT), ensure compliance with internal policies, and highlight potential risks or document mismatches to credit managers.
6. Address customer inquiries regarding invoice/statement issues and communicate loan status, including rejections.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates having relevant experience in BFSI, Banking, NBFC & Financial Institutions will be considered
