We, at Spoon are seeking to hire a Credit Analyst to join our team. You will help to manage a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
• Help to build credit risk decision strategies for retail lending with a unique value proposition.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team on Credit model development & validation from time to time to incorporate new data sources, meet the advanced machine learning evaluation techniques.
• Deep understanding of credit scoring and portfolio management techniques, strategies, and credit risk management principles.
• Implement underwriting mechanisms for digital underwriting and authorization strategies.
• Able to understand product offerings and give insights on building risk strategies, acquisition strategies, product strategies, and overall business & market dynamics for portfolio growth.
• Support day to day operational risk management and credit life cycle management.
Requirements:
• Level: Entry/ Mid
• Master's degree in finance, economics or accounting is required
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Should have worked in lending start-ups/Fintech/ Neo bank with Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills
• Understanding of statistical concepts, SQL, R, Python, and analytical approaches.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
