Role Objective Responsible for credit approval of large corporate clients in adherence to the organisation`s policy. Identifying and mitigating risk by taking decision on the exposure levels, collateral and guarantees for all regular banking and treasury products. It involves conducting risk analysis by scrutinizing relevant loan documents, client meet, analyzing financials and ensuring compliance as per bank’s credit policies. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities • Review & evaluate all the credit proposals as per Banks policy and present the proposal to Head Credit Risk. • Preparing risk cover sheet highlighting all credit relevant points. • Monitoring of portfolio and industry. • Timely preparing various MIS reports. • Supervising, controlling delinquency & credit loss. • Ensure completeness of credit documentation in accordance with approved terms and conditions. • Conduct periodic reviews/monitoring of the Portfolio to maintain credit quality (EWS). • Preparing & reviewing Credit policy, Collateral Management policy & other policies related to Credit Risk, in line with RBI guidelines. • Maintain appropriate records for ensuring completion of Annual reviews in a timely manner. • Assisting RBI/HO/statutory Auditors in smooth conduct of audit. • Interact regularly with other officers of the branch to be well informed of the activities in the account and alert Head of consumer banking in case of any concern. Educational Qualifications/Experience • Qualified CA / MBA Finance with 7-9 years’ experience in Banking with minimum 3 years of experience in large corporate loans. • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills both written and oral and a pleasing personality. • Preferred candidate from Indian Banks
