Job Title: Financial, Regulatory and Risk Reporting Support CRR3

Overview:

The team is responsible for incorporating new regulatory demand or changes to existing regulations within Group Finance’s book of work. This includes review of new or changed regulations and corresponding Group policies as well as the preparation and implementation into the business process. It also comprises of the analysis of various DB Group level Risk Metrics and Capital Requirement to ensure compliance.

As Part of the CRR3 data analysis you will be responsible for data sourcing and improvement requirement assessment as well as the impact analysis of regulatory changes, discuss and communicate regulatory requirements and relevant changes to the respective SME’s and to Data Ingest & Finance Change for inclusion in the Change Book of Work In collaboration with the various functions you together with the other project groups will prepare and drive the necessary regulatory and supporting data changes. In addition, you will analyse DB Group regulatory outputs especially regarding further data quality improvements and potential impact reductions.

Key responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate regular review of new (CRR3) or changed regulations within the Group Finance Regulatory Adherence process

· Ensure active participation in New Regulatory and Capital Requirements’ working groups and produce timely and accurate impact assessment of new changes which impact Credit Risk exposures, RWA, EC/EL and Leverage Ratio exposures

· Engage with key stakeholders (Group Finance FDs, RPAG, TDI, Finance Change) to address relevant change requirements to core engine calculations and drive their implementation

· Manage collaboration with various functions (incl. TDI, RPAG) to ensure compliance of current implementation (CRR2) with internal and external policies and guidance

· Own and drive participation in CfA on current and new regulations e.g. QIS/BIII Monitoring exercise conducted by BCBS & EBA

· Drive audit related changes e.g. implementation of TRIM limitations applicable on risk parameters

· Independently run impact assessment on Key Risk Metrics and navigate through the complex algorithms built in the risk engine (FDW) to perform root cause analysis on the exposure calculations. Ultimately the calculated output should reflect the economics of the portfolio as per the applicable regulation

· Collaborate with key stakeholder and ensure adequate UAT approaches, discussion of test concepts/plans, drive change & testing optimization

· Support efficiency generation related to the above topics in the regulatory implementation, compliance and reporting processes
• Provide updates on key topics to senior management, as necessary, through written communications and briefings

Skills and Qualifications:

You will ideally have:
• Master degree with relevant years of work experience in Credit Risk. Preferably CFA and/or FRM
• Expertise in Basel 3 framework, CRR and CRD IV
• Sound know-how of banking industry and capital markets and products
• Thorough understanding of Rik Metrics like RWA, Lev. Exp, EC, EL and their calculation.
• Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful conclusion
• Excellent MS Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL, BI tools like BO, Microstategy preferred
• Strong communication and social skills
• Fluent English. German (oral and written) preferred

· Highly motivated, self-directed with strategic view and experience in a risk & control environment

· Ability to work in a large, complex, dynamic and pressurised environment
