Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using Python and AWS services.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Create architecture diagrams, system designs, and documentation for software solutions and integrations.
• Implement and optimize AWS services, including S3, EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, EMR, IAM, and Security Groups.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, code quality, and system architecture.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python, AWS services, and related technologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Python.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS services, including but not limited to S3, EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, EMR, IAM, and Security Groups.
• Proven track record of designing and executing end-to-end solutions and integrations in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control.
• Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams and system designs using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
