Our flagship Trade Account offers instant credit with over 2,000 Preferred Suppliers, simplified monthly expenses, and a generous rewards program as the cherry on top

Join a team that puts Members first.
At Capricorn, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service to our Members. As a Credit Services Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Members stay informed and on track with their payment obligations—helping them thrive within the Capricorn community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing credit services and collection activities
Following up overdue accounts and negotiating payment outcomes.
Analysing receivables and assisting with reconciliations and reporting
Liaising with members and internal teams to resolve account queries
Monitoring customer accounts, including following up outstanding balances to minimise overdue debt
Resolving account queries and disputes in a professional and timely manner
Making and receiving collection calls to follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts
Working closely with internal teams to resolve billing or account issues
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Working closely with members to understand their financial circumstances and agree on suitable repayment arrangements
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just good with numbers, but great with people. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
A solid understanding of accounting principles, especially in credit services & accounts receivable.
Strong judgement and decision-making skills aligned with business needs.
Sharp numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
Positive and proactive approach towards your work, with excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to engage confidently across all levels.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, while adapting to changing priorities
Your Experience & Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience in a credit support or accounts receivable role, specifically managing customer resolutions in a high-volume environment.
Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent) preferred.
A Customer Service Certificate is a bonus—but not essential
