Department/ CircleCRESGradeManager / Senior Manager Type of VacancyPermanentNo. of Vacancies1 Job TitleAudit, Compliance, Risk Management and Process Control for the Dept.Reporting AuthorityVP LocationMumbai - CODate of Raising Request30-Mar-2026 Brief Background of the JobJob role based out in Mumbai in the Central Real Estate Services ( CRES )function.Prime responsibilities involves handling various Audits, Compliance requirement, Risk Management and Process Control Roles and Responsibilities1. Handling of various Audits like Internal Audit (Process and Cost), Management Audit, RBI Audit from inception till closure. It requires understanding requirement of Auditors, arranging walk through with respective Segments, providing data to Auditors as per their requirement and timely closure of Audit observations.
2. Monthly/ Quarterly reporting to various Depts. like Compliance, Risk and F&A
3.Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) review as per timelines
4. Annual review of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) pertaining to Risk, Compliance and IFC-FRR Teams
5. Ensuring vendor compliance for CRES Dept. basis data received from VMT
6. Follow up for closure of various HR related initiatives.
7. Sharing data for various requirement raised by other Depts.
8. Work with concurrent Audit team, provide mitigation to the observations of Concurrent Auditors. Academic Qualifications RequiredGraduation/ Post-Graduation Professional Relevant Work Experience RequiredWorkedwith ( Banks / NBFCs preferred ) in central function.Good communication, Expert knowledge of Excel , Power Point.Working ondata would be plus No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience2 years Plus ( Total experience 5 years ) Pre - Screening Question - 1Process to seek closure on Audit Points ? Pre - Screening Question - 2What are the standard components of SOPs? Pre - Screening Question - 3Your understanding of risk control matrix ?
