Crew Lead Non-Human Identity & Access Management

We are building foundational AI-powered identity and access capabilities that will help shape the future of secure banking. This is a chance to work on cutting-edge technology in a highly collaborative environment, applying modern engineering practices and ensuring the highest standards of security and trust. You’ll bring a mix of Identity expertise, specifically related to Non-Huma Identities, curiosity for AI, and a strong controls mindset. You’ll work closely with colleagues across engineering, security, risk and business domains, as well as with external partners. To be successful, you’ll combine sound judgement with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, even when navigating diverse perspectives and priorities. As the Crew Lead (Executive Manager), you and your teams will provide end-to-end product ownership (build, fix, run) for capability being delivered via current (and future) tooling. The onboarding and associated hygiene of non-human identities (and access) would also be driven by this team.
