Reliable transportation

Bend, kneel, lift 50+ lbs. regularly
Comfortable working at heights of 20’-30’ regularly
Crew Lead
Minimum: 4 years of residential/commercial painting experience
Ability to talk to customers about their project, timeline, procedures, and products
Assign tasks according to skill level
Supervise 2-4 employees
Teach team the proper and efficient way to do things
Painter
Minimum: 1 year of residential/commercial painting experience
Proficient at masking, brushwork, prep work, project work flow
Teach team the proper and efficient way to do things
Painter Helper
No painting experience required
