Responsibilities
Assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Operate PAR POS system to process orders accurately
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the lobby and working areas
Assist with food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in a retail or grocery environment involving serving or cashiering is beneficial
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
