Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing ice creams, dry fruits, and bakery items according to company standards.
- Operate simple machinery and packaging tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
- Support cake production by preparing trays, moving materials, and loading/unloading items.
- Perform quality checks and report any damaged or substandard products.
- Label and seal products accurately for dispatch.
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines strictly.
- Work in cold or ambient environments as required (especially during ice cream packing).
- Assist with stock arrangement and inventory movement when needed.
- Cooperate with supervisors and fellow workers to meet production targets.
• Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Basic literacy (reading/labeling instructions).
- Prior experience in a food factory or packing unit is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Flexible with shift timings and overtime if required.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
