Schedule: 12-hour shifts, scheduled in blocks

Clinical Details
• Setting: Inpatient – Mixed ICU (MICU/SICU)
• Coverage Focus: MICU patients only
• Shift Details: Day/night rotation
• 2 APPs on during the day
• 1 APP on overnight
• Bed Count: 18-bed unit
• Shifts Needed: 35 total shifts between June 29 and Sept 20
• Supervision Model: Independent APP coverage within a collaborative ICU team
• Patient Volume: Varies within MICU coverage
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience as an APP
• Certifications: Active state license and relevant critical care credentials
