What you'll be doing
The undergraduate Assistant in Nursing provides safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients and families of the Sydney Children's Hospital Network, under the direct supervision of an Enrolled Nurse or a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.
The Assistant in Nursing acts as a role model by demonstrating behaviours and interacting with patients, their families and employees to promote a culture and standards that reflect the NSW Health CORE values of Collaboration, Openness , Respect and Empowerment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has documented evidence of undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing (3rd yr.) or Masters (2nd Yr.) which would lead to Registration with the National Registration Board (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
Previous recent relevant experience as an Assistant in Nursing.
Demonstrates ability to be an effective team member.
