Job Description
TemenosCloud is a division of Temenos that offers Temenos software products as ahosted service or SaaS to financial institutions of all tiers and verticals. Therole of the Incident manager is to restore normal service operation as quicklyas possible, communicate with the client and minimise any adverse effect onbusiness operations. This makes sure that the best possible levels of servicequality and availability are provided and maintained. This role will form keyrelationships with the Temenos Cloud customers and will be an ambassador forthe Company.
OPPORTUNITIES
• Provide regular updates to the clients during the incident resolution cycle.
• Utilise and manage all of the required technical and other internal teams in incident resolution
• Assist the technical teams in driving adherence to SLAs.
• Provide regular updates to the internal stakeholders during the incident resolution cycle.
• Effective management of the client in all respects and under any circumstances is critical.
• Ensure that the Incident Management policies and processes are in place to meet Client needs and ensure they are being adhered to.
• To own Incident Management and represent Incidents as a part of the Change Management process.
• Act as a client escalation point and manage any escalations according to the Escalation processes.
• To provide support to the availability manager.
• To monitor Incidents and assess performance to ensure Temenos Cloud Services are meeting defined SLAs and KPIs.
• To identify, implement and track improvement activities identified from the incident management process and reviews of significant service events.
• Drive a culture of continual service improvement.
SKILLS
• Minimum of 3 years working with incident, request, change and problem management ITIL environments supporting high impact, mission critical systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery concepts
• Strong communication skills
• Temenos products experience or any Banking related product experience
• Experience in cloud technology.
• Experience with Incident Management gained in Financial Services.
