Job Description
● 3+ years of experience managing and administering HubSpot, in a high-growth B2B
SaaS Company.
• Proven experience in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
• Experience creating custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tailored to
sales and marketing processes.
● Knowledge of integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, email tools,
payment processors).
Skills:
● Strong understanding of HubSpot’s full feature set, including workflows, lead scoring,
segmentation, and reporting.
● Ability to translate business requirements into HubSpot workflows and processes that
enhance efficiency and scalability.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to drive
continuous improvement.
● Strong communication skills to work effectively across departments and with various
stakeholders.
● Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and data manipulation for reporting purposes.
Required:
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, etc.).
• Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• B2B SaaS Company experience is a must.
